1st Tee (2 Ball) on 09 Mar 2010 at 9:50am
A list of the names and handicaps of all players is required before a booking will be accepted. Payment of green fees in full is required before a booking can be confirmed. Handicap certificates may be required prior to play. Once confirmed, any changes to names of the visitors will not be permitted, unless agreed otherwise by the Secretariat.
Green fees for 2010 are £185 for one round or £230 for two rounds on the day. Visitors will be asked to sign the Temporary Members' Book and if they are staying for lunch and drinks, an account will be opened that must be settled before departure. Most leading credit cards are accepted for the payment of green fees, except for American Express and Diners' Card.
Special rates for winter green fees commence on 15 November 2010 - 21 March 2011 inclusive at a reduced cost of £75 for one round only. Please note that this rate has been reduced as there will be course alterations going on at the time and players can expect some disruption by way of temporary greens and even a temporary hole. Green fees are non-refundable/transferable except in the event of the course being closed for play which decision will be taken by the Course Manager, in his absolute discretion. In the event of a cancellation, green fees will only be refunded if the Club can re-sell the cancelled time(s).
Visitors who choose to remain on the course in adverse weather conditions, particularly with thunder and lightning in the vicinity, do so at their own risk.
